Manufacturer Defects - All items are guaranteed to be delivered free of manufacturer's defects and as ordered. If any item has a manufacturer's defect as determined by the manufacturer, it will be corrected by replacing them at no charge to you. You will also be reimbursed for the cost of returning the shipment if it is determined to be a manufacturer's defect.
Our Mistakes or Errors - If we have made a mistake, we will take care of the problem. We will reimburse you for any return shipment that you incur because of a mistake or error on our part. If you select a faster delivery method, you are responsible for the difference. We try our best to make sure dimensions listed on our website are accurate and in certain cases metric measurements have to be converted to imperial units. Therefore, measurements listed on our website are approximate and can be plus or minus 1/8 of an inch and we do not consider this to be an error.
You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date if there is a problem. You may incur a fee to correct the error if we are not notified within this time frame so it is very important that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you have made the mistake, you will be responsible for any fees to correct the problem including shipping fees.
We will not accept any returns requested after 30 days from delivery date. There will be a 25% handling and restocking charge for any material returned and/or exchanged. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns on all free shipping items will incur the original shipping charge. Returned products must be shipped in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We will not accept returns on pre-cut, pre-mitered, pre-finished, pre-painted, or custom painted products. For all returns you must contact us for authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment and carefully packed for delivery. In the unlikely event an item is received damaged as a result of the shipping company, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Our answering machine is on 24 hours a day for your convenience.
If we do not deliver by a promised date and it is because of an error on our part or one of our manufacturer's, the remedy shall be limited to the reimbursement of the full purchase price of the item ordered (upon our receipt of the returned item if it has already shipped to you). We will not be liable for any expenses beyond this. Note when we indicate an item generally ships in about so many days, it's an approximation; not a promised delivery date.
If delivery delay is due to the shipping company such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Postal Service, etc., Classic Ceilings will not be liable nor responsible for the delay. It is the shipping company's responsibility to deliver in the time frames they advertise. Any remedies shall be in accordance with the shipping company's policies.
We reserve the right to deliver through any shipping company we select. All shipping costs and reimbursement shipping costs are based on ground shipping.
For international orders the recipient is responsible for ALL customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other clearance fees assessed at the border before delivery.
